Typhlosion Base B

Here is the first of two Typhlosion bases I have to offer! If I had a nickel for every Typhlosion base I had, I'd have two nickels. Which isn't a lot but it's weird that I have two of them. Yeah I reused the joke, what do you think I'm made of, funny?
